Job Requirements:
The Qualified Area Sales Manager Candidates Will be Responsible for the Following:
-Drive sales in Tier 1 accounts with a particular focus on developing new market share throughout the specific customer set. Close business in Tier 2/3 accounts and then partner with Channel Partners on future account growth.
-Provide day to day management of activities within assigned account base for the South Florida territory.
-Assist in educating the customer on Promethean's products and services in order to select the proper solutions. Make necessary changes and refinements to support customer needs and the sales process.
-Work with Business Partner Channels/Resellers in presenting the product portfolio and proposed solutions to the customer base.
-Maintain complete and timely documentation of account activities with the corporate CRM solution.
-Become intimately educated with the Promethean product line in order to successfully articulate the full products and solutions portfolio to the customer.
-Sell to accounts in South Florida(Orlando going South)
Promethean has also Area Sales Managers openings in their Seattle(Northwest Region), and Los Angeles.
The Qualified Candidates will have the Following Background and Experience:
-Prefer Five to Ten years Direct Enterprise Sales in the Education Sector, K-12.
-Strong hunter mentality with a total solutions mindset.
-Background working in a technology environment with Hardware/Software Products.
-Four year degree in business or relevant curriculum.
-Outstanding oral and written communications skills.
-Proven track record of taking market share, revenue growth, and customer retention.
